These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern all services provided through the bdbig platform. The words "bdbig", "we", "our", or "platform" refer to this website and all associated services. "You", "member", or "user" refers to anyone who accesses the bdbig platform or uses its services.

Important: These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement. By creating an account on bdbig or using the platform, you agree to be bound by all of these terms.

1. General Provisions

bdbig is an online entertainment platform that provides casino games, slots, and sports betting services. These Terms govern all transactions and the relationship between Bangladesh and bdbig.

1.1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using any service on the platform, you are deemed to have fully read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please refrain from using the platform.

1.2 Language & Interpretation

These Terms are originally written in Bengali. In the event of any interpretational conflict, bdbig's interpretation shall be considered final. The headings used in the Terms are for convenience only — they do not affect the legal interpretation of the Terms.

1.3 Scope of Application

These Terms apply to all bdbig products and services, including casino games, slot machines, live dealer games, cricket betting, and other sports betting. Separate specific terms may apply to certain products or promotions, and those operate alongside the general Terms.

2. Eligibility & Age Verification

To use bdbig's services, you must meet the following eligibility requirements. These requirements are non-negotiable.

2.1 Age Requirement

bdbig's services are strictly for ages 21 and above only. Creating or managing an account on behalf of a minor, or assisting a minor in using the platform, is strictly prohibited.

Age Verification: bdbig reserves the right to verify your age at any time. Failure to provide the required documents may result in the account being temporarily or permanently suspended.

2.2 Single Account Policy

Each individual may operate only one account. If a person holds multiple accounts, those accounts will be cancelled and all balances in those accounts may be forfeited.

2.3 Geographic Restrictions

bdbig's services may be limited or prohibited in certain geographic regions. Users are solely responsible for ensuring that use of such services is lawful in their region.

3. Account Registration & Management

3.1 Providing Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when creating an account. Providing false or misleading information will result in account closure and any pending winnings may be forfeited.

3.2 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. You should not give any other person access to your account. If you suspect any unauthorised access to your account, contact [email protected] immediately.

Change your password regularly.
Do not use the same password across multiple sites.
Always log out after using a public device.
Be alert to phishing or fraudulent messages.

3.3 Updating Information

If your personal information changes (such as your mobile number or bank account), please update that information in your account profile. bdbig will not be responsible for any transaction delays caused by outdated information.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Methods & Limits

bdbig currently supports the following payment methods:

bKash — Bangladesh's most widely used mobile banking service
Nagad — mobile financial service operated by the Postal Department
Rocket — Dutch-Bangla Bank's mobile banking service
Bank Transfer — direct bank transfer from major commercial banks (e.g. Islami Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank)

Minimum deposit amount: ৳100 — applicable for each method.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The following conditions apply to withdrawals:

Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500
Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour.
Withdrawals can only be made via the same method used for the deposit.
All bonus wagering requirements must be met before making a withdrawal.

Notice: bdbig reserves the right to temporarily suspend withdrawals for unusual or suspicious transactions, and may request identity verification if necessary.

4.3 Currency

All transactions on bdbig are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Transactions in other currencies are not currently available.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% match bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example:

Deposit ৳1,000 → ৳1,000 bonus → total balance ৳2,000.
Deposit ৳12,000 → ৳5,000 bonus (maximum limit) → total balance ৳17,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

A 20x wagering requirement applies to the welcome bonus. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only (not on deposit + bonus).

Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 20 = ৳20,000 must be wagered before withdrawing winnings from the bonus.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

Bonuses are for personal use only — they are non-transferable.
A bonus may be used only once, unless otherwise stated.
bdbig reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion.
If bonus abuse is found, the relevant bonus and winnings will be cancelled.
Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirements are met.

5.4 VIP Program

bdbig's VIP program has four tiers. Weekly cashback benefits are available at each tier:

Bronze — up to 0.4% weekly cashback
Silver — up to 0.8% weekly cashback
Gold — up to 1.1% weekly cashback
Platinum — up to 1.5% weekly cashback

By staying regularly active and playing more, you can advance to a higher VIP tier.

6. Gaming Rules

6.1 Fair Play Policy

bdbig is committed to fair play. All games are operated by a neutral and verifiable Random Number Generator (RNG). The platform uses SSL encryption to ensure data security.

6.2 Bet Limits

Specific minimum and maximum bet limits are set for each game. These limits are clearly stated on each game's own page. bdbig reserves the right to change these limits at any time.

6.3 Technical Errors

If a technical error or disruption occurs in any game, bdbig reserves the right to void that round and may refund the amount placed as a wager. Any winnings resulting from a technical error will not be considered valid.

6.4 Sports Betting

Sports betting offers the opportunity to participate in various markets — match result, over/under, handicap, and more. For example, in a hypothetical match between Bangladesh and India, you can bet on the win/loss outcome or the number of runs. If an event is cancelled, the full stake for the relevant bet will be refunded.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on bdbig. Violating any of these may result in account closure and balance forfeiture:

Money laundering or transacting with funds from illegal sources.
Creating multiple accounts to abuse bonuses.
Using bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence to play games.
Exploiting any technical vulnerability or flaw in the platform.
Stealing or misusing another member's account information.
Conducting any type of fraudulent activity on the platform.
Operating an account or playing games on behalf of a minor.
Betting using a third party's funds.

8. Account Closure

8.1 Closure by the User

You may request to close your account at any time by contacting [email protected]. It is recommended that you complete all pending withdrawals before submitting a closure request.

8.2 Closure by bdbig

bdbig may close or temporarily suspend any account under the following circumstances:

Violation of any clause of the Terms.
Providing a false identity or misleading information.
Suspected suspicious financial activity.
Extended period of inactivity.
If it needs to be closed for legal or regulatory reasons.

8.3 Refund After Closure

If the account is not closed due to a breach of terms and conditions, the active balance (excluding bonuses) will be returned through the relevant payment method.

9. Responsible Gaming

9.1 Self-Exclusion Feature

Continued use of the platform after changes will be considered acceptance of the new terms and conditions. If you do not agree with the changes, you may request to close your account.
